摘 要:为研究不同容器规格及基质对油松生长指标影响,以2年生油松苗为研究材料,以3种不同规格的容器和4种基质配比进行试验,通过测定油松的苗高、地径及根长等形态指标和地上、地下生物量指标的变化,筛选油松最适容器规格及基质配比。结果表明:容器规格为20 cm(直径)×20 cm(高)时,油松苗木的苗高、地径及地下鲜重分别达到(22.42±0.59)cm、(0.72±0.03)cm和(9.11±0.91)g,生长表现良好,与25 cm(直径)×25 cm(高)规格相比,其可以在不影响幼苗生长的情况下显著降低生产成本,且苗木形态指标显著高于其他容器规格苗木,可作为大容器育苗的最佳规格;最适合的基质配比是60%田园土+30%草炭土+10%农家肥(鸡粪或牛粪等动物的熟化粪便)+根系蘸ABT生根粉,苗高、地径、单株鲜重及主根长分别达到(25.44±0.51)cm、(0.84±0.03)cm、(25.22±0.87)cm及(14.04±0.56)g,显著高于其他基质配比,能够显著增加油松的各项形态指标和生物量指标。In order to explore the effects of different container specifications and substrates on the growth indexes of Pinus tabulaeformis,2-year-old P.tabulaeformis seedlings were used as research materials,and three kinds of containers and four different ratios of matrix were used to carry out the experiment.The optimum container size and substrate ratio of P.tabulaeformis were screened by measuring the changes of seedling height,ground diameter,root length and other morphological indicators,as well as aboveground and underground biomass indicators,the results are as follows:container specification 20 cm(diameter)×20 cm(high) has the best growth performance of P.tabulaeformis seedlings,the seedling height,ground diameter and underground fresh weight of P.tabulaeformis reached(22.42±0.59) cm,(0.72±0.03) cm and(9.11±0.91) g respectively.Compared with 25 cm(diameter)×25 cm(high)specification,it can significantly reduce the production cost without affecting the growth of seedlings,and the seedling morphology index was significantly increased,which could be used as the best specification for large container seedling cultivation.The most suitable substrate ratio was 60% garden soil + 30% peat soil + 10% farm manure(mature feces of animals such as chicken manure or cow manure)+ABT rooting powder.The seedling height,ground diameter,fresh weight of single plant and main root length could reach(25.44 ± 0.51) cm,(0.84 ± 0.03) cm,(25.22 ± 0.87) cm and(14.04 ± 0.56) g respectively,which were significantly higher than other substrate ratios,and could significantly increase the morphological and biomass indicators of P.tabulaeformis.
