摘　　要：建设堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍是党中央站在党和国家事业发展全局的高度做出的重大战略考量。必须坚持德才兼备、以德为先,科学选拔干部;坚持事业为上、人岗相适,合理使用干部;坚持从严治党、从严治吏,严格管理监督干部。从而为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强的组织保证和干部支撑。Cultivating officials capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation is a major strategic consideration made by the CPC Central Committee from the perspective of the overall development of the party and national cause.We must adhere to the principle of having both integrity and ability and putting morality first to scientifically select cadres;adhere to the principle of career first and talent being suitable for the post to reasonably use cadres;strictly govern the Party and cadres,strictly manage and supervise cadres,so as to provide organizational guarantee and cadre support for building a modern socialist country in all respects and advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts.
