摘 要:河南某铁铜矿属矽卡岩型铁铜矿石类型,矿物组成比较简单,主要金属矿物为磁铁矿,其次为黄铜矿、黄铁矿、少量赤褐铁矿。铜矿优先浮选试验控制磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占70%,以石灰作pH值调整剂和黄铁矿抑制剂,石灰用量1500~2000 g/t,脉石矿物抑制剂水玻璃用量为1500 g/t,捕收剂丁铵黑药用量为50g/t,进行条件试验。经两粗三精两扫闭路流程试验,获得铜品位16.37%,铜回收率77.69%的合格精矿,实现低品位铜矿的有效回收。选铜尾矿进行磁选,经一次粗选,粗精矿再磨精选,获得铁品位65.50%,含硫0.13%,铁回收率53.53%的二级合格铁精矿。实现铁和低品位铜综合回收利用。An iron-copper ore in Henan province belongs to the skarn-type iron-copper ore,which has simple mineral composition.The main metal minerals of the iron-copper ore are magnetite,followed by chalcopyrite,pyrite,and a small amount of hematite-limonite ore.The copper selective flotation test controlled the grinding fineness is of-0.074 mm by 70%,taking lime as pH regulator and depressants of pyrite with the dosage of 1 500~2 000 g/t,water glass as depressants of gangue mineral with the dosage of 1 500 g/t,and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collector with the dosage of 50 g/t.A copper concentrate with Cu grade of 16.37% and Cu recovery of 77.69 % was obtained by closed-circuit tests consisting of two roughing-three cleaning and two scavenging to reach efficient recovery of low-grade copper ore.Copper tailings were selected for magnetic selection.After a rough selection,coarse concentrate regrinding and selection,secondary qualified iron concentrate with iron grade of 65.50%,0.13% sulfur and iron recovery of 53.53% was obtained,realizing the comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron and low grade copper.
