摘  要:为解决陕西某选矿厂铜钼分离过程中所用液体巯基乙酸钠药剂储存难度大、运输成本高、药剂库容占比高等问题,针对粉体巯基乙酸钠的应用进行了试验研究。通过35%高品位的粉体巯基乙酸钠与品位9%的液体巯基乙酸钠的对比试验,最终获得了钼品位为48.36%、含铜为0.49%的钼精矿,为粉体巯基乙酸钠替代液体巯基乙酸钠提供了技术支持,可有效解决药剂储存难度大,运输成本高等问题。In order to solve the problems of storage difficulty,high transportation cost and high storage liquid storage capacity radio of liquid sodium mercaptoacetate in the separation process of copper and molybdenum in a mineral processing plant in Shaanxi province,and the experimental study of sodium mercaptoacetate was carried out.Through the comparison test between 35% high grade powder sodium mercaptoacetate and 9% grade liquid sodium mercaptoacetate,molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 48.36% and copper content of 0.49% was finally obtained,which provided technical support for powder sodium mercaptoacetate to replace liquid sodium mercaptoacetate,and could effectively solve the problem of pharmaceutical storage difficulty,the high transportation cost.
