老年多学科协作护理模式的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年多学科协作护理模式研究现状和存在的问题,探讨其发展趋势,为开展更具科学性的老年护理模式提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方和维普数据库中建库至2021年3月关于老年多学科协作护理模式相关文献,运用NoteExpress和Excel,对发表年代、地区、研究对象、关键词、内容、类型、基金支持和著者等进行计量学分析。结果:共获得153篇有效文献,文献量呈逐年增长趋势,覆盖26个省、直辖市、自治区,发文量最多的是江苏、河南、北京、山东等地,研究内容集中在老年相关疾病多学科协作护理方案,研究类型以随机对照试验最多,文献著者共372名,高频关键词界值为6.50,文献合作度为2.43,合著率为83.01%,有44项基金资助项目。结论:老年多学科协作护理模式逐渐受到研究者重视,发文量区域分布广泛但不均衡,未形成核心作者群,研究深度、广度和持续性不足且基金资助项目偏少。为老年患者提供科学有效的护理方案并制订系统的护理规范,或将成为未来老年护理研究的发展方向。Objective:To analyze the current situation and existing problems of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model for the elderly,and explore its development trend,so as to provide reference for more scientific nursing model for the elderly.Methods:Literatures about the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model for the elderly in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were retrieved from inception to March 2021.NoteExpress and Excel were used to analyze the publishing year,region,research object,key words,content,type,fund support and author.Results:A total of 153 effective literatures were retrieved,and the amount of literatures increased year by year,covering 26 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions.Jiangsu,Henan,Beijing and Shandong had the largest number of publications.The research contents focused on the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing scheme for the elderly related diseases,and the most types of research were randomized controlled trials.There were 372 authors and the cut-off value of high-frequency keywords was 6.50,meanwhile the literature cooperation degree was 2.43,and the co-authorship rate was 83.01%.There were 44 fund funded projects.Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model for the elderly has been paid more and more attention by researchers.The regional distribution of the number of publications is wide but uneven.The core author group is not formed,the research depth,breadth and sustainability are insufficient.The fund funded projects are few.Providing scientific and effective nursing programs for elderly patients,and formulating systematic clinical norms should be the direction of elderly nursing research in the future.
