摘 要:文章旨在研究不同浓度的三七提取物制剂对石斑鱼生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验将200尾健康石斑鱼平均分为4组,分别为普通饲料饲养的对照组,在饲料中添加0.5 g/kg的低浓度三七提取物组、1.0 g/kg的中浓度三七提取物组和2.0 g/kg的高浓度三七提取物组。试验结束后测定石斑鱼增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率、饲料系数、成活率、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶等指标。结果发现,在饲料中添加不同浓度三七提取物对石斑鱼的生长性能均有显著影响(P<0.05),其中中浓度三七提取物组效果最佳,平均增重率比对照组提高31.21%,特定生长率和蛋白质效率分别提高16.85%和12.45%,饲料系数与对照组相比降低11.07%;在饲料中添加三七提取物对石斑鱼的血清生化指标也影响较显著(P<0.05),中浓度三七提取物组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白含量分别比对照组降低30.23%,27.81%和36.23%;在饲料中添加三七提取物对石斑鱼血清中的谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性指标也有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,在饲料粮中加入1.0 g/kg的三七提取物效果最佳,能促进石斑鱼的生长性能,改善石斑鱼的血清生化指标。In this experiment,Panax notoginseng extracts of different concentrations were added to the daily feeding of grouper to study the effects on its growth performance and serum biochemical indicators.In the experiment,200 healthy groupers were selected and divided into four groups on average,namely,the control group fed with ordinary feed,the low concentration notoginseng extract group added with 0.5 g/kg,the medium concentration notoginseng extract group with 1.0 g/kg and the high concentration notoginseng extract group with 2.0 g/kg.After the test,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,protein efficiency,feed coefficient,survival rate and triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and other indicators were measured.The results showed that adding different concentrations of Panax notoginseng extract to the diet had a significant effect on the growth performance of grouper(P<0.05),among which the concentration of Panax notoginseng extract at 1.0 g/kg had the best effect,the average weight gain rate was 31.21%higher than the control group,the specific growth rate and protein efficiency were 16.85%and 12.45%higher respectively,and the feed coefficient was 11.07%lower than the control group;The addition of panax notoginseng extract in the diet also had a significant effect on the serum biochemical indexes of grouper(P<0.05).The contents of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the Panax notoginseng extract group with 1.0 g/kg concentration were 30.23%,27.81%and 36.23%lower than those in the control group;The addition of Panax notoginseng extract in the diet also had a significant effect on the activity indexes of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in the serum of grouper(P<0.05).The results showed that adding 1.0 g/kg of Panax notoginseng extract into the feed grain had the best effect,which could promote the growth performance of grouper and improve the serum
