摘　　要：随着乡村振兴的全面推进,饲料产业人才与未来农业发展不匹配的问题日益凸显。新农科建设为饲料产业人才培养提供了新思路。文章着重研究新农科背景下饲料产业人才培养的必要性,对亟待解决的问题进行分析,提出新农科建设背景下饲料产业人才应从落实耕读教育、加强跨专业学科交叉融合和加强“产-教-研-习”结合3个方面入手,提升饲料产业人才“知农,爱农”情怀,提升饲料产业人才“强农,兴农”本领,提升饲料产业人才解决“三农”问题能力,进而完善饲料产业人才培养的途径,加快乡村振兴推进速度。With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,The problem of mismatch between feed industry talents and future agricultural development is increasingly prominent.New agricultural science construction provides new ideas for talent cultivation in feed industry,The necessity of talent cultivation in feed industry under the background of new agricultural science,analysis of problems to be solved,Putting forward that feed industry talents should implement cultivation education under the background of new agricultural science construction,strengthen the interdisciplinary integration of interdisciplinary disciplines and strengthen the combination of“production-teaching-research-learning”to constantly improve the feelings of“knowing and loving agriculture”,the ability to“strengthen and revitalize agriculture”,and the ability to solve“three rural”problems of the feed industry talents,to improve the way of talent training in the feed industry,so as to accelerate the speed of rural revitalization.
