摘　　要：人才是驱动创新的第一资源,面对新一轮科技革命的兴起,人才竞争日趋激烈,且重点落在创新创业人才的竞争层面上。为培养更多的创新创业人才,饲料企业纷纷选择完善人才培养模式的途径。但受新冠疫情和经济下行压力的宏观外部环境影响,饲料企业的发展困境日益凸显。因此,创新创业人才培养要基于饲料企业的实际需求,不断提高人才培养成效,有效解决饲料企业人才匮乏、缺乏创新等问题,实现饲料企业的可持续发展。Talent is the first resource to drive innovation.Facing the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the focus is on the level of innovation and entrepreneurship talent competition.In order to cultivate more innovative and entrepreneurial talents,feed enterprises have chosen ways to improve the talent training model.However,under the macro external environment of the COVID-19 and the downward pressure of the economy,the development dilemma of feed enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents should be based on the actual needs of feed enterprises,constantly improve the effectiveness of talent training,effectively solve the problem of talent shortage and lack of innovation in feed enterprises,and achieve sustainable development of feed enterprises.
