摘 要:探究了激光三角测量系统中因激光散斑和边缘效应所造成噪声的规律,基于时域视差理论结合激光线方向成像的窄带灰度分布性质的方法,计算目标窄带中实际边缘位置的空间数据,对原有测量结果进行误差补偿。这种方法能够有效识别散斑影响中边缘效应的存在。研究结果表明,通过时域视差技术补偿的方法能有效降低激光三角系统在存在散斑边缘效应场景的测量结果的整体误差,同时保证测量结果的稳定性。The pattern of noise caused by laser speckle and edge effect in the laser triangulation system is explored,and the spatial data of the actual edge position in the narrow band of the target is calculated by using the method based on the temporal parallax theory combined with the narrow-band gray distribution properties of laser line direction imaging,to perform error compensation on the original measurement results.This method can identify the existence of the edge effect in the speckle effect effectively,the research results show that the method of temporal parallax technique can effectively reduce the overall error of the measurement results of the laser triangulation system for scenes with speckle edge effect,and at the same time ensure the stability of the measurement results.
