摘  要:基于运行可控且系统可以模块化建设,盘管式冰蓄冷技术在电网调峰和改善用能经济性方面已获得规模化应用。该文首先对现有内融冰系统和外融冰系统的融冰过程特点展开分析对比,指出各自在取冷速率和蓄冷密度方面存在的不足;随后提出一种较为详细的内外融冰结合的盘管式冰蓄冷系统设计,并对该系统的4种典型运行模式进行详细介绍。该系统可以克服内融冰系统和外融冰系统的技术瓶颈,同时获得蓄冷密度和取冷速率的提升,具有显著发展优势。Based on the controllable operation and the modular construction of the system,ice-on-coil cold storage technology has been widely used in power grid peak regulation and improving the economy of cooling.Firstly,the characteristics of the melting process of the internal melt ice-on-coil and external melt ice-on-coil systems are analyzed and compared.Then,a more detailed design of coil ice storage system with internal and external melting is proposed,and four typical operation modes of the system are introduced in detail.The system can overcome the technical bottleneck of the internal and external melt ice-on-coil systems,and improve the cold storage density and cooling rate at same time,which has significant development advantages.
