摘  要:为降低大功率柴油机此类故障的发生率,并研究其故障发生后的解决思路。该文通过故障发生时现象,进行初步处理,并根据初步检查决定后续的检查范围,再通过对故障零部件的拆检分析,以及结合故障产生因素和故障现象,得到故障产生的原因,进而得出改进措施和解决办法。分析与处理结果为消除此类故障的发生提供参考。In order to reduce the occurrence rate of such faults in high-power diesel engines,and to study the solutions after the faults occur.Through the phenomenon when the fault occurs,the preliminary treatment is carried out,and the follow-up inspection scope is determined according to the preliminary inspection.Then,through the disassembly and inspection analysis of the fault parts,based on the fault factors and fault phenomena,the causes of the fault are obtained,and then the improvement measures and solutions are obtained.The result of analysis and processing is to eliminate the occurrence of such faults.
