摘 要:基于黄南水库堆石坝混凝土面板工程,通过统计分析浇筑过程面板裂缝分布特征,在此基础上从混凝土面板施工工艺、周边施工环境和坝体沉降变形等多角度深入分析与面板裂缝产生的关联度。结果表明,周边气温环境是研究区面板裂缝产生的主要原因,面板裂缝的长度、条数与混凝土内部最高温度呈正相关性。并且Ⅱ序块紧跟Ⅰ序块施工,其两侧受到Ⅰ序块约束,散热条件较差,使得Ⅱ序块混凝土内部无法快速散热,加剧了面板裂缝产生。Based on the concrete face plate project of rockfill dam of Huangnan Reservoir,this paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of the face plate cracks in the process of pouring through statistics.On this basis,the correlation degree between the concrete face plate cracks and the dam is analyzed from multiple perspectives such as the construction technology of the concrete face plate,the surrounding construction environment and the settlement deformation of the dam body.The results show that the surrounding temperature environment is the main cause of panel cracks in the study area.The length and number of cracks are positively correlated with the maximum internal temperature of concrete.In addition,the construction of sequence blockⅡfollows sequence blockⅠclosely.Both sides of sequence blockⅡare constrained by sequence blockⅠand the heat dissipation condition is poor.As a result,the internal heat dissipation of sequence blockⅡis unable to be fast,which aggravates the generation of panel cracks.
