基于多元混合教学模式的课程思政教学设计与实践——以“房地产开发与管理”课程为例

摘　　要：专业课程、课堂教学是课程思政的“主战场”和“主渠道”,专业课程中思政元素的有机融入是课程思政的关键。“房地产开发与管理”是专业基础课程,担负着专业知识传授和核心价值观引领的重要作用,在该课程中开展课程思政对于大学生价值观培育和专业知识素养提升具有重要意义。通过对“房地产开发与管理”课程思政进行探索实践,深入挖掘梳理课程德育元素和育人资源,在明确课程思政育人目标的基础上,对教学体系和教学方法进行多元混合教学设计,实现知识传授和价值引领的融合共振,强化课程育人的广度和深度,推进专业课程与其他各类课程同向同行、联动协同。Professional courses and classroom teaching are the“main battlefield”and“main channel”of“curriculum ideology and politics”.The organic integration of ideological and political elements in professional courses is the key to“curriculum ideology and politics”.The professional basic course of Real Estate Development and Management plays an important role in imparting professional knowledge and guiding core values.Carrying out“curriculum ideology and politics”in this course is of great significance for the cultivation of students’values and the improvement of their professional literacy.Through the exploration and practice of“curriculum ideology and politics”in the Real Estate Development and Operation course,the moral education elements and educational resources are thoroughly explored and sorted out,and on the basis of defining the objectives of ideological and political education,the teaching system and teaching methods are designed in a diversified and mixed way,so as to achieve the integration and resonance of knowledge imparting and value guidance,strengthen the breadth and depth of course education,and promote the professional courses and other courses to work in the same direction and cooperate with each other.
