摘 要:基于东部高科0.18μm的CMOS工艺设计一种可通过增益控制开关调节输出波形放大倍数的集成电路。设计采用全差分信号输入的方式以提高共模抑制比,以全差分方式输出信号便于后续电路进一步处理。在运算放大器输出端使用无源电阻元件形成负反馈网络,通过数字信号开关控制接入该网络的电阻大小,和运算放大器前级输入电阻一起形成不同的增益放大网络,得到需要的放大倍数。电路经仿真实验验证可应用于触觉驱动传感器芯片,为用户提供更为良好的触觉体验。Based on the 0.18μm BCD technology of DB HiTek,an integrated circuit is designed,which can adjust the amplification of output waveform by gain control switch.The design adopts fully differential signal input to improve the Common Mode Rejection Ratio,and the fully differential output signal is adopted to facilitate further processing in subsequent circuits.A negative feedback network is formed by using passive resistance elements at the output end of the operational amplifier,and the resis-tance connected to the network is controlled by a digital signal switch,so that different gain amplification networks are formed together with the previous input resistance of the operational amplifier,and the required amplification factor is obtained.The circuit is verified by simulation experiments and applied to tactile drive sensor chip,providing users with a better tactile experience.
