摘  要:在D类音频放大器中,因负载电流方向与音频输入信号交替,在正负电流周期都可能发生过电流情况,针对这一问题,以高压D类音频功率放大器为例,设计一种可编程双向过流检测电路。电路采用高压0.5μm BCD工艺设计,悬浮电压可达±100V。设计严格基于过流检测原理完成相关电路结构的建模。为确保设计严谨性,在电路中加入延时、电压检测、尖峰消除等模块并进行电路仿真。仿真结果表明此款可编程双向过流检测电路达到设计要求。In class D audio amplifier,as the load current direction alternating with the audio input signal,overcurrent may occur in both positive and negative current periods.To solve the problem,taking high-voltage class D audio power amplifier as an example,a programmable bidirectional overcurrent dete-ction circuit is designed.The circuit is designed by high voltage 0.5μm BCD process,and the floating voltage can reach±100 V.The design is strictly based on the principle of overcurrent detection to complete the modeling of related circuit structures.In order to ensure the design rigor,delay,voltage detection,peak elimination and other modules are added to the circuit and simulated.The simulation results show that the programmable bidirectional overcurrent detection circuit meets the design requirements.
