摘 要:为顺应电子技术发展趋势,进一步做好应用系统的功耗优化,围绕C8051F005微控制器的功耗管理技术展开研究。基于对C8051F005自身动态功耗管理技术的介绍,提出降低系统时钟频率、降低电源电压、禁止不用的外设部件、合理选择电源管理方式等多个降低功耗的方法。重点针对芯片的功耗设计展开讨论,对内部和外部振荡器、模拟和数字外设进行设计并列举实例。所设计实现的低功耗微控制器应用系统,能够在满足功能和性能要求的同时尽可能优化电源管理,实施功耗动态管理策略,最大限度降低功耗。In order to conform to the development trend of electronic technology and further optimize the power consumption of application system,the power consumption management technology of microcon-troller unit C8051F005 is studied.Based on the introduction of C8051F005's own dynamic power mana-gement technology,several methods to reduce power consumption is put forward,such as reducing system clock frequency,reducing power supply voltage,prohibiting unused peripheral components,and reasonably selecting power management mode.The power consumption design of the chip is mainly discussed,and the internal and external oscillators,analog and digital peripherals are designed and examples are given.The designed low-power microcontroller application system can meet the functional and performance requirements,optimize the power management as much as possible,implement the dynamic management strategy of power consumption,and minimize power consumption.
