基于深地环境的油菜种子储藏后期耗水量研究

摘  要:随着科技和社会的不断发展,地表农业受到诸多挑战,例如城市化程度的加剧、地表肥力的下降等,减少农业可使用的种植面积,且碳封存压力增加,故而将种植区域转移到深地下被认为是可有效避免这些挑战的方式。因此为进一步探索深地农业的可行性,该研究将油菜种子储藏在金矿的0、240、690及1410 m,分别储藏30、60及90 d后取出,研究油菜在后期生长过程中的耗水规律。结果表明,埋深在0 m处储藏30 d后的油菜种子在后续生长需水期时会有最大的耗水量,有利于油菜生长发育,这意味着深地农业实施的第一步,种子储藏是可行的,验证深地农业的可行性,为深地农业发展提供数据支撑。此外,深地环境储藏也提供了一种新型种子预处理方式,可有效促进油菜的生长发育。With the continuous development of science and technology and society,surface agriculture is faced with many challenges,such as the intensification of urbanization and the decline of surface fertility,which reduces the planting area available to agriculture and increases the pressure of carbon sequestration.Therefore,the transfer of planting areas to deep underground is considered to be effective in avoiding these challenges.In order to further explore the feasibility of deep-underground agriculture,rapeseed seeds were stored in gold deposits of 0,240,690 and 1410 meters deep and taken out after 30,60 and 90 days of storage,respectively,and used to study the law of water consumption during rape growth in the later stage.The results show that the rape seeds buried at the depth of 0 meter for 30 days will have the maximum water consumption in the subsequent growth and water demand period,which is beneficial to the growth and development of rapes,which means that in the first step in the implementation of deep-ground agriculture,seed storage is feasible,thus verifying the feasibility of deep-underground agriculture and providing data support for the development of deep-underground agriculture.In addition,deep-underground environmental storage also provides a new method of seed pretreatment,which can effectively promote the growth and development of rapes.
