叶菜类蔬菜农药残留限量的新要求与监测分析

摘　　要：新标准GB 2763—2021《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》对叶芥菜、叶用莴苣的农残限量分别增加了51项、53项,增幅为71.8%、55.2%;GB 2763.1—2022《食品安全国家标准食品中2,4-滴丁酸钠盐等112种农药最大残留限量》对叶芥菜的农药残留限量增加了氰戊菊酯和茚虫威。新标准GB 2763—2021修订了叶芥菜、叶用莴苣杀螟硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷的最大残留限量,叶用莴苣氟苯虫酰胺的最大残留限量由临时限量修订为正式限量,降低了叶用莴苣毒死蜱、乐果的最大残留限量,同时提高了叶用莴苣啶虫脒、呋虫胺和噻虫嗪的最大残留限量。该文监测48批叶菜类蔬菜(叶芥菜、叶用莴苣各24批)中的12项农药残留数据,2批叶用莴苣中检出甲拌磷,1批叶芥菜检出甲胺磷,且甲胺磷含量超标,为不合格样品。该研究农药残留检出率为6.25%,不合格率为2.1%。The new standard GB 2763-2021"National standards for food safety Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food"has increased the pesticide residue limits of leaf-used mustard and leaf-used lettuce by 51 and 53 items respectively,with an increase of 71.8%and 55.2%.GB 2763.1-2022"National standards for food safety Maximum residue limits for 112 kinds of pesticides such as 2,4-butyrate sodium salt in food"added fenvalerate and indefencarb to the pesticide residue limit of leaf-used mustard.The new standard GB 2763-2021 revised the maximum residue limits of fenitrothion and acephate in leaf-used mustard and leaf-used lettuce,and the maximum residue limits of fluorobenzamide in leaf-used lettuce were revised from the temporary limit to the official limit,reducing the maximum residue limits of chlorpyrifos and dimethoate in leaf-used lettuce,and raising the maximum residue limits of acetamiprid,furachlor and thiamethoxamin leaf-used lettuce.This paper monitored 12 pesticide residue data in 48 batches of leaf-used vegetables(24 batches of leaf-used mustard and 24 batches of leaf-used lettuce),2 batches of leaf-used lettuce detected phorate,1 batch of leaf-used mustard detected methamidophos,and the content of methamidophos exceeded the standard,which is unqualified sample.The detection rate of pesticide residues in this study is 6.25%,and the disqualification rate is 2.1%.
