校乡合作赋能乡村基层服务体系建设研究——以上海市奉贤区四团镇下辖村为例

摘　　要：该文根据上海市奉贤区四团镇下辖村中五四村实际情况,重点围绕“校乡合作——赋能乡村基层服务体系建设”的主题,找出养老服务不健全、乡村产业缺乏可持续发展的内生动力和基础设施建设不完善等问题,并依据相关问题创新性提出“校乡合作”新模式,以弥补不足,推动乡村基层治理体系建设现代化。助力乡村振兴发展,服务美丽乡村建设。According to the actual situation of Wusi Village in Situan Town,Fengxian District of Shanghai,this paper focuses on the theme of"school-village cooperation--empowering the construction of rural grassroots service system",finds out the problems of imperfect elderly care services,lack of endogenous driving force for sustainable development of rural industries,and imperfect infrastructure construction,and innovatively proposes a new model of"school-village cooperation"according to related problems to make up for shortcomings and promote the modernization of rural grassroots governance system,so as to help Rural Revitalization and development and serve the construction of beautiful countryside.
