壮大农业特色产业 巩固脱贫攻坚成果——以河北省农业特色产业发展为例

摘　　要：乡村要振兴,产业要先行,发展优势特色农业产业是助力乡村振兴和稳定脱贫攻坚成果的重要途径。河北省是农业大省,粮食、蔬菜、水果和肉蛋奶等主要农产品产量均居全国前列,但还不是农业强省,主要体现在农业质量效益不够高。该文在梳理河北省农业特色产业发展的基础上,提出重点发展特色粮油产业、特色蔬菜产业、特色中药材产业和优势畜牧产业4大类特色产业的建议。从发展路径来看,一是要重视市场开发,加强品牌建设;二是要重视生产效率,加强技术保障;三是要重视产品口碑,加强质量把控;四是要重视人才振兴,加强队伍建设。The Development of agricultural characteristic industry is an essential factor for rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.As an agriculture based province,Hebei province produce a substantial amount of grain,vegetable,fruits,meat,eggs and milk,with a large population living in poverty,but it is not a strong agricultural province,mainly reflected in the agricultural quality and efficiency is not high enough.In this paper,we analyze agricultural characteristic industries in Hebei province and suggest focusing on four industries:characteristic grain and oil industry,characteristic vegetable industry,characteristic Chinese herbal medicine industry and dominant husbandry industry.As to the path choice,we make the following suggestions:we should first work on market exploration and build own brand;second,we should improve production efficiency and ensure technical support;third,we should protect products public praise and guarantee product quality control;and fourthly,we should introduce and train labor force to build a characteristic agricultural industry working team.
