摘  要:煤焦化企业VOCs排放具有节点多、排放量大、成分复杂、异味重、回收价值低的特点,综合各主流VOCs控制技术的净化效率及优缺点分析后发现,单一的VOCs治理技术无法满足处理要求,而采用技术集成及耦合治理是最佳途径之一。结合煤焦化各工段VOCs排放特点,提出以下VOCs治理技术手段:炼焦单元采用泄漏检测及修复技术实时监测泄漏及修复,对泄漏气体收集后与有组织废气一同处理;化产单元冷鼓、脱硫、硫铵工段采用“油洗→水洗→蒸汽加热→焦炉燃烧”处理废气,洗苯工段采用煤气负压系统或冷凝系统回收资源废气,其中冷凝回收系统针对苯储槽呼吸阀及装车口苯排放浓度瞬时升高的情况,采用“深冷冷凝回收→活性炭吸附真空脱附→装车蒸汽平衡技术”处理废气;污水处理单元采用“加盖密封收集→酸碱洗→生物滤池→活性炭/焦炭吸附”处理废气。The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions of coal coking enterprise are characterized by multiple nodes,large emissions,complex components,heavy odors and low recovery value.A comprehensive analysis of the purification efficiency and the advantages and disadvantages of various mainstream VOCs control technologies shows that a single VOCs treatment technology cannot meet the control requirements,and adopting technology integration and coupling treatment is one of the best ways.Based on the characteristics of VOCs emissions in each section of coal coking,the following VOCs control technologies are proposed:the coking unit uses leak detection and repair technology to monitor and repair leaks in real time,and to collect the leaked gas for treatment together with organized waste gas;the cold drum,desulfurization,and ammonium sulfate sections of the chemical production unit use the processes of oil washing,water washing,steam heating and coke oven combustion to treat waste gas,and the benzene washing section uses a gas negative pressure system or condensation system to recover resource waste gas,and the condensation recovery system adopts the deep cooling condensation recovery,activated carbon adsorption vacuum desorption,and loading steam balance technologies to treat waste gas in response to the instantaneous increase in benzene emission concentration at the breathing valve and loading port of the benzene storage tank;the sewage treatment unit adopts the processes of cover sealed collection,acid-base washing,biological filter,activated carbon/coke adsorption to treat waste gas.
