摘  要:目的:为促进化肥减量增效,设计一种用于水稻侧深施肥的双向螺旋式排肥器,并利用仿真分析验证其排肥性能。方法:依据螺旋输送机构设计原理对双向螺旋式排肥器进行设计,建立其EDEM模型,仿真模拟排肥过程获得排肥试验数据,通过单因素方差分析不同排肥转速对排肥均匀性变异系数的影响,并分别对单圈排肥量和排肥量的理论值仿真、试验值比较分析,判断排肥性能。结果:在高速插秧机正常行进速度0.5 m/s下,排肥转速对排肥均匀性变异系数影响显著(P<0.01),且排肥轴转速为90~120 r/min时,排肥均匀性变异系数稳定处于2.7%~4.9%;单圈排肥量和排肥量的理论值、仿真试验值误差均在2.38%以内。结论:设计的双向螺旋式排肥器结构合理、排肥均匀性良好,为双向螺旋式水稻侧深施肥机精准排肥提供参考。Objective:In order to promote fertilizer reduction and efficiency,a bidirectional spiral deep-side fertilizer device was designed and its performance was verified by simulation analysis.Methods:According to the design principle of spiral conveying mechanism,the EDEM model of bidirectional spiral fertilizer device was established,and the process of fertilization was simulated to obtain fertilizer discharge test data,and the influence of different rotation speed of fertilizer discharge on the coefficient of variation of fertilizer discharge uniformity was analyzed by one-way ANOVA,and the theoretical value and simulation test value of single circle fertilizer output and fertilizer output were compared and analyzed respectively to judge the performance of fertilization.Results:The results showed that the rotation speed of fertilizer discharge has a significant effect on the coefficient of variation of fertilizer uniformity(P<0.01)when the speed of the high-speed rice transplanting machine was 0.5 m/s,and the variation coefficient of fertilization was stable at 2.7%—4.9%when the rotation speed of fertilizer discharge was 90—120 r/min,and the error of theoretical value and simulation test value of single circle fertilizer output and fertilizer output were within 2.38%.Conclusion:The designed bidirectional spiral fertilizer device has reasonable structure and good uniformity,which can provide reference for precise fertilization of bidirectional spiral deep-side fertilizer device for paddy field.
