摘　　要：从中国经济发展实践中有效总结出改革开放以来经济建设的中国智慧与中国经验,是现阶段中国经济学界的重要使命。而从政府与市场经济学的视角探索和提炼中国经济发展实践所蕴含的理论新知,是完成这一使命的关键突破口。中国特色的政府与市场经济学在承认西方经济学理论缺陷的基础上,强调政府是现代市场经济体系中的重要参与者和竞争者,并能在一定程度上超前引领市场,对市场经济的健康有序运行发挥着不可替代的作用。构建具有中国特色的政府与市场经济学理论,是对现代经济学理论体系的进一步创新和发展。It is an important mission for China’s economic circles at this stage to effectively summarize the Chinese wisdom and experience of economic construction since the reform and opening up from the practice of China’s economic development.The key breakthrough to this mission is to explore and refine the new theoretical knowledge contained in the practice of China's economic development from the perspective of government and market economics.The government and market economics with Chinese characteristics,on the basis of admitting the theoretical defects of western economics,emphasizes that the government is an important participant and competitor in the modern market economic system,and there is a foresighted leading phenomenon,which plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy and orderly operation of the market economy.Constructing the theory of government and market economics with Chinese characteristics is a further innovation and development of the theoretical system of modern economics.
