新工科背景下地方本科高校产业学院建设路径探索--以ZUA为例

摘　　要：在国家新工科战略背景下,以地方本科高校为例,从产业学院内涵、特色产业学院的建设要素、航空特色专业群、产学研平台、科研服务模式以及人才评价机制等方面探索了航空产业学院的建设路径,为地方本科高校建设具有新工科特征的特色产业学院提供路径参考。Under the strategic background of the new engineering education,taking local undergraduate universities as an example,this paper explores the construction path of Industrial College of Aviation from the aspects of connotation of industry college,construction elements of characteristic industry college,specialty groups with aviation characteristics,industry-university-research platform,scientific research service mode and talent evaluation mechanism,which provides a path reference for local undergraduate universities to build characteristic industry college with new engineering characteristics.
