摘 要:针对丙烯酸类聚合物乳液RMO和碱活性化学渗透液DPS两种改性材料对C40混凝土力学性能和工作性能的改性效果进行研究。其中,RMO分别按照6种替代率(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)替代部分水泥内掺入混凝土拌合物中,分析不同种类改性剂对C40混凝土的坍落扩展度、抗压强度和吸水率的影响。DPS分别按照6种浓度(0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)配置溶液,采用浸泡处理和涂覆处理两种处理方式,探究其对混凝土抗压强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:随着RMO替代率的增加,混凝土的坍落扩展度和抗压强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,混凝土吸水率有轻微下降趋势后趋于稳定;当RMO替代率达到10%时,混凝土坍落扩展度达到最大值470mm,当RMO替代率达到15%时,混凝土抗压强度达到最大值47.3MPa。随着DPS溶液浓度的升高,混凝土的抗压强度明显增加,吸水率明显降低,且浸泡处理对抗压强度的改性效果优于涂覆处理,涂覆处理对吸水率的降低作用强于浸泡处理。In this paper,the modification effects of two kinds of modified materials,acrylic polymer emulsion RMO and alkali activated chemical osmotic fluid DPS,on the mechanical properties and working performance of C40 concrete are studied.Among them,RMO substitutes part of the cement into the concrete mixture according to six substitution rates(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%),and analyzes the influence of different modifiers on the slump expansion,compressive strength and water absorption of C40 concrete.DPS solution was prepared according to six concentrations(0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)respectively.The effects of soaking treatment and coating treatment on compressive strength and water absorption of concrete were studied.The results show that:with the increase of RMO substitution rate,the slump expansion and compressive strength of concrete increase first and then decrease,and the water absorption of concrete decreases slightly and then tends to be stable;When the replacement rate of RMO reaches 10%,the slump expansion of concrete reaches the maximum value of 470mm.When the replacement rate of RMO reaches 15%,the compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum value of 47.3MPa.With the increase of DPS solution concentration,the compressive strength of concrete increases significantly,and the water absorption decreases significantly.The effect of soaking treatment on compressive strength is better than coating treatment,and the effect of coating treatment on water absorption is stronger than soaking treatment.
