摘  要:为研究ABAQUS有限元模型对配置不同钢筋的铁尾矿砂活性粉末混凝土梁的预测效果和其声发射数据特性,制作3根配置不同钢筋的铁尾矿砂活性粉末混凝土梁进行正截面破坏试验和声发射试验。通过分析实验现象和声发射振铃计数、累计振铃计数—荷载关系曲线,发现振铃计数、累计振铃计数与试验梁受弯破坏的3个阶段相对应,从宏观和微观的角度证明高强钢筋和铁尾矿砂活性粉末混凝土适配良好。通过ABAQUS有限元分析建立的模型发现各试验梁挠度、极限承载力开裂荷载的模拟值略高于试验值,预测结果良好。In order to study the prediction effect of ABAQUS finite element model on iron tail sand active powder concrete beams with different rebar and its acoustic emission data characteristics.Three iron tail sand active powder concrete beams with different rebar were fabricated for normal section failure test and acoustic emission test.By analyzing the experimental phenomena of acoustic emission ringing count,cumulative ringing count and load curves,it is found that ringing count and cumulative ringing count correspond to the three stages of bending failure of the test beam.It is proved that high-strength steel bar and activated powder concrete of iron tail sand are well matched from macroscopic and microscopic points of view.The model established by ABAQUS finite element analysis shows that the simulated values of deflection and cracking load of each test beam are slightly higher than the experimental values,and the predicted results are good.
