寒冷地区复掺脱硫灰膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石路面基层力学性能研究

摘  要:脱硫灰作为工业燃烧固体废料,通过对其在道路工程中的应用研究来降低工程成本,减少资源浪费。脱硫灰与膨胀剂本身都具有一定的膨胀性,为了研究脱硫灰与膨胀剂在补偿收缩的情况下对水泥稳定碎石材料强度的影响,水泥含量选用3%,膨胀剂掺量选用5%、10%(水泥质量百分比),脱硫灰拟替代50%、100%(膨胀剂质量百分比)的膨胀剂掺量,进行力学性能相关试验探究该材料的力学性能。实验表明:同一水泥剂量下,复掺脱硫灰膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石材料强度随着脱硫灰替代率的增大而增大;10%膨胀剂掺量、50%脱硫灰替代率下的材料强度满足路面基层特重交通规范要求。Desulfurized ash,as a solid waste of industrial combustion,can reduce project cost and resource waste through its research in road engineering.Desulfurized ash and expansive agent both have certain expansibility.In order to study the influence of desulfurized ash and expansive agent on the strength of cement stabilized macadam materials under the condition of compensating shrinkage,the cement content shall be 3%,the expansion agent content shall be 5%and 10%(cement mass percentage),and the desulfurization ash is proposed to replace 50%and 100%(expansion agent mass percentage)of the expansion agent content for the test,and the mechanical properties of the material shall be explored through relevant tests of mechanical properties.The experimental results show that the strength of cement stabilized crushed stone mixed with desulfurized ash expansion agent increases with the increase of replacement rate of desulfurized ash ash at the same cement dosage;The material strength under the condition of 10%expansion agent and 50%desulfurization ash replacement rate shall meet the requirements of special traffic specifications for pavement base course.
