摘 要:蓄热水箱的供回水通过布水器平稳进入水箱内部进行热量交换,通过对布水器结构优化提高水箱运行效率。从几何角度分析,H型布水器和U型布水器适用于方形蓄热水箱。U型布水器主要由多孔散流管组成,供回水通过管道侧面小孔流出。结合流体力学知识分析管道内部流动特性,建立数学模型求解动量交换系数和摩擦阻力系数。通过理论计算得出,在特定管道情况下,可以通过改变多孔散流管的开孔个数来达到实际工程所需要的出流均匀度。The supply and return water of the heat storage tank enters the water tank smoothly through the water distributor for heat exchange,and the operation efficiency of the water tank is improved by optimizing the structure of the water distributor.From the geometric point of view,H-type water distributor and U-type water distributor are suitable for square heat storage tank.The U-shaped water distributor is mainly composed of porous diffuser,and the supply and return water flows out through the small hole on the side of the pipe.Combined with the knowledge of fluid mechanics,the flow characteristics inside the pipeline are analyzed,and a mathematical model is established to solve the momentum change coefficient and friction resistance coefficient.According to the theoretical calculation,under the specific pipeline conditions,the flow uniformity required by the actual project can be achieved by changing the number of holes in the porous diffuser.
