摘  要:离心泵的振动与其运行工况密切相关,在供热管网中由于热用户需求等因素,离心泵的运行工况不断变化,因此给出离心泵在不同频率下的运行工况范围是保证其稳定运行的关键。离心泵运行工况的研究多基于相似理论,然而相似理论建立在理想状态下,忽略了容积效率与水力效率的影响,在使用时需要修正。同时离心泵的振动可能引起管道的共振,但共振发生概率低通常在检测后才能确定,在排除机械故障和运行工况因素后可以认为是共振导致的振动。The vibration of centrifugal pump is closely related to its operating conditions.Due to the demand of heat users and other factors in the heat supply network,the operating conditions of centrifugal pump are constantly changing.Therefore,the key to ensure its stable operation is to give the operating conditions of centrifugal pump at different frequencies.The research on the operating conditions of centrifugal pumps is mostly based on the similarity theory.However,the similarity theory is established in an ideal state,ignoring the impact of volumetric efficiency and hydraulic efficiency,which needs to be corrected in practical use.At the same time,the vibration of the centrifugal pump may cause the resonance of the pipeline,but the low probability of resonance can be determined only after the detection.After the mechanical failure and operating conditions are eliminated,the vibration can be considered as the vibration caused by the resonance.
