摘  要:在运营商主导的通信行业中,每年都会从机房基站替换下大量蓄电池,将替换电池继续应用于对电池性能要求较低的场合,可有效延长电池的使用寿命,缓解环境污染问题。探讨了不一致性对电池组功效的影响以及判定标准,提出合理的电池退役筛选机制以及基于超级电容的主动均衡系统。以电池SOC值作为均衡变量,运用储能电容式均衡拓扑结构对电池组进行均衡管理。通过仿真与搭建的测试平台,对比电池组在静置与恒流充电两种状态下SOC值测试情况。测试结果表明,均衡后的电池组SOC值提升超10%,有效提升了电池利用率,降低了运营成本。In the communication industry dominated by operators,a large number of batteries are replaced from the base station in the computer room every year,and the replacement batteries will continue to be used in occasions with low requirements on battery performance,which can effectively prolong the service life of batteries and alleviate the environmental pollution problem.This study discusses the influence of inconsistency on the efficiency of battery pack and its judgment criteria,and puts forward a reasonable battery retirement screening mechanism and an active balancing system based on supercapacitors.Taking the battery SOC value as an equilibrium variable,the energy storage capacitor equilibrium topology is used to balance the management of the battery pack.Through the simulation and built test platform,the SOC value test of battery pack in static state and constant current charging state is compared.The test results show that the SOC value of the battery pack is improved by exceed 10%after equalization,which can effectively improve the battery utilization rate and reduce the operating cost.
