摘  要:氢能燃料电池是实现双碳战略的关键技术方向之一。氢能矿用自卸车是其中一个应用细分领域,但针对大功率燃料电池的动力系统设计尚不成熟。综合考虑场景使用工况、燃料电池特性以及动力系统整体匹配等多维度条件,总结了设计要求,提出了一种可行的整体动力架构和初步技术方案。在系统设计、储能结合、储氢配套、周边设计等方面分别阐述了设计原理和思路,可为氢能矿用自卸车燃料电池动力系统的匹配设计研究提供参考。Hydrogen fuel cell is one of the key technical directions to realize the dual-carbon strategy.The hydrogen energy mine dump truck is one of the application subdivisions.However,the design of its high-power fuel cell power system is not yet mature.This paper comprehensively considers the multi-dimensional conditions such as scenario operating conditions,fuel cell characteristics and overall matching of power system,and summarizes the design requirements.A feasible overall power architecture and preliminary technical scheme are proposed,and the design principles and ideas are described respectively through system design,energy storage combination,hydrogen storage matching,and peripheral design.It can provide reference for the matching design and research of the fuel cell power system of the hydrogen mine dump truck.
