摘 要:为了解决跨越河流钢桁梁顶推施工技术问题,针对某专用线铁路桥跨越涡河112m无竖杆整体节点平行弦三角桁梁下承式简支钢桁梁顶推施工,采用安装导梁和搭设滑移支架的施工技术。运用midas civil有限元软件,模拟顶推过程中的工况,对导梁和滑移支架结构进行受力分析;根据地质情况计算滑移支架基础锚固深度。计算结果表明:导梁和滑移支架强度、刚度均满足规范要求。施工过程监测反馈表明,该施工技术安全可靠,施工中变形及稳定性满足计算及规范要求。In order to solve the launching construction of steel truss beams across rivers,the construction technology of installing guide beams and erecting sliding supports is adopted for the launching construction of a special line railway bridge across Vortex River 112m without vertical pole integral node parallel chord triangular truss beam through the simply-supported steel truss beam.Midas civil finite element software is used to simulate the working conditions in the process of launching,analyze the stress of the guide beam and sliding support structure,and calculate the anchoring depth of the sliding support foundation according to the geological conditions.The calculation results show that the strength and rigidity of the guide beam and sliding support meet the requirements of the specification.According to the monitoring feedback of the construction process,the construction technology is safe and reliable,and the deformation and stability during the construction meet the requirements of the calculation and specification.
