摘 要:氮气作为一种惰性气体,可置换机械设备中的氧气以实现安全稳定的生产环境,且因成本低而被广泛应用于化工与制药生产中。对密闭的设备充氮气置换氧气是容易的,而对非密闭的动设备充氮实现稳定的惰性化就很难。首先,对非密闭空间进行充氮气一定会有泄露;其次,机械设备在运转过程中,内部的压力和容积在不断变化,充氮中腔体内的气体浓度难于保持稳定。离心机作为一种非密闭动态设备,广泛应用于化工和制药生产分离物料环节,离心机内部装载的化学物料在高速转动下会与空气摩擦产生静电或发生氧化反应,埋下燃烧爆炸的安全隐患,因此必须对离心机进行惰性化保护,以达到安全生产条件。离心机惰性化目前在化工和制药行业的常规解决思路无法兼顾稳定性和经济性,提出新的思路以解决该问题。As an inert gas,nitrogen can replace oxygen in mechanical equipment to achieve a safe and stable production environment,and is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical production because of its low cost.It is easy to replace oxygen with nitrogen for closed equipment,but it is difficult to achieve stable inerting for non-closed equipment.First of all,there will be leakage if nitrogen is filled into the non-contained space;Secondly,during the operation of mechanical equipment,the internal pressure and volume are constantly changing,and the gas concentration in the nitrogen-filled chamber is difficult to maintain stability.Centrifuge,as a kind of non-closed dynamic equipment,is widely used in the separation of materials in chemical and pharmaceutical production.The chemical materials loaded in the centrifuge will rub with the air to generate static electricity or oxidation reaction under high-speed rotation,burying the potential safety hazard of combustion and explosion.Therefore,it is necessary to inertize the centrifuge to achieve the conditions of safe production.At present,the conventional solution of centrifuge inerting in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries cannot give consideration to stability and economy.This paper provides a new solution to this problem.
