摘　　要：为了探究建筑工程质量监督抽测工作的实际效果,阐述了建筑工程质量监督抽测的必要性和责任落实与划分,针对当前建筑工程质量监督抽测工作的现状及问题进行评述,针对存在的问题给出相应的解决措施,旨在助力我国建筑工程质量监督工作高质量发展。In order to explore the actual effect of the construction project quality supervision and sampling work,this paper first expounds the necessity and responsibility implementation and division of the construction project quality supervision and sampling work,then comments on the current situation and problems of the construction project quality supervision and sampling work,and finally gives corresponding solutions to the existing problems,aiming at helping the high-quality development of the construction project quality supervision work in China.
