摘　　要：东北的红色金融事业随着抗战胜利后东北解放区的建立与扩大而逐步展开,先后经历了成立东北银行夺取货币阵地、建设和巩固东北根据地并发展经济、解放区扩大及东北银行币全境流通、东北解放及东北银行纳入中国人民银行体系等阶段。白山黑水间的红色金融建设在支持军需、稳定金融、发展生产、安定民生等方面做出了卓越贡献,同时留下了大量的红色金融案例故事,如辗转印钞、建立信用、稳定物价、普惠金融等,无不体现了红色金融的精神内涵,成为宝贵的文化与教育资源。With the establishment and expansion of the liberated areas in Northeast China after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,the red finance business in Northeast China gradually developed.It went through the stages of establishing the Northeast Bank to take currency positions,building and consolidating the northeast base areas and developing the economy,expanding the circulation of the Northeast Bank currency in the liberated areas,the liberation of Northeast China and the integration of the Northeast Bank into the People's Bank of China.The construction of red finance in Northeast China has made outstanding contributions to supporting military supplies,stabilizing finance,developing production,and stabilizing people's livelihood.Meanwhile,it has left a large number of case stories,such as printing money,establishing credit,stabilizing prices,and inclusive finance,which all reflect the spiritual connotation of red finance and become valuable cultural and educational resources.
