摘  要:低弹性模量及低磁化率是新型生物医用合金设计过程中所需要的关键性能,但是目前已有的许多医用合金由于不能满足这两种关键性能的要求,从而被限制了其在临床医学上的应用,因此,本文提出了一种通过添加Sn元素来降低生物合金弹性模量和磁化率的方法。根据之前的关于Sn含量对Zr合金力学性能及磁性影响的研究及文献的报道,选择在Zr-16Nb-xTi (x=4 wt%,16 wt%)合金中添加4%和6%的Sn。通过表征Zr-16Nb-xTi-ySn (x=4 wt%,16 wt%;y=4 wt%,6 wt%)合金的微观组织,力学性能和磁性能后发现,随着Sn元素含量的增加,Zr-16Nb-xTi-ySn (x=4 wt%,16 wt%;y=4 wt%,6 wt%)合金中的β相和马氏体α″相含量分别呈现出上升和下降的趋势,除了Zr-16Nb-4Ti-6Sn之外,Zr-16Nb-xTi-ySn (x=4 wt%,16 wt%;y=4 wt%,6 wt%)合金的弹性模量,强度及伸长率随着Sn含量的增加而增加。随着Sn含量从4%增加到6%,Zr-16Nb-16Ti合金的磁化率下降最为明显。弹性模量的变化与合金中β和α″马氏体相含量的变化密切相关,添加Sn元素可以促进α′马氏体转变为与β相结构更为接近的α″马氏体,同时Sn元素本身的磁化率极低,这是合金总体磁化率下降的主要原因。在所研究的合金中,Zr-16Nb-4Ti-6Sn展示出最低的弹性模量及磁化率,显示出最优异的综合性能。Low elastic modulus and magnetic susceptibility play a vital role in the design of biomedical alloys.However,many existing bio-alloys do not meet these requirements,which is the main reason for limiting their application areas.Therefore,we present a method that proper Sn addition can lower elastic modulus and magnetic susceptibility in this study.The microstructure,mechanical properties and magnetic susceptibility of Zr-16Nb-xTi-ySn(x=4 wt%,16 wt%;y=4 wt%,6 wt%)alloys were studied.With increasing Sn addition,the fractions ofβandα″martensite phases are increasing and decreasing,respectively.Elastic modulus,mechanical strength and elongation are roughly increasing with higher Sn compositions except Zr-16Nb-4Ti-6Sn.The increased Sn concentration from 4 wt%to 6 wt%can reduce magnetic susceptibility,especially in Zr-16Nb-16Ti alloy.These evolutions are closely correlated with the change in microstructural characteristics as phase fractions ofβandα″martensite phases of alloys,which can be ascribed fundamentally to the difference in Sn concentrations.Among these alloys,the Zr-16Nb-4Ti-6Sn alloy shows the best combination of mechanical properties and magnetic susceptibility.
