摘  要:通过一步热解工艺使用金属-树脂前驱体制备出具有双功能的铁-铜-炭黑(Fe-Cu-C)颗粒,并将其填充在三维电芬顿反应器中降解对硝基苯酚(p-NP)。在电场作用下Fe-Cu-C颗粒被极化,阳极到阴极流三维电芬顿反应器创造了一个局部酸性区域,促进了O_(2)通过2个电子还原生成H_(2)O_(2)同时催化H_(2)O_(2)为·OH的异相芬顿反应。三维电芬顿体系连续运行6 h, p-NP的平均去除效率为88%,平均COD降解效率超过76%,且降解效果稳定。此外,三维电芬顿体系具有抵抗由结垢引起颗粒电极失活的能力,且在较宽的pH范围内具有优异的处理效果,能耗约为0.089 kW·h/g。三维电芬顿体系通过双功能Fe-Cu-C颗粒电极耦合pH自调节的三维电芬顿反应器,实现了·OH的连续生成,用于废水的高效净化。In this study bifunctional iron-copper-carbon(Fe-Cu-C)black particles were fabricated through a one-step process of pyrolyzing the metal-resin precursors and then packed in the three-dimensional electro-Fenton reactor to degrade p-nitrophenol(p-NP).The Fe-Cu-C particles were polarized under the electric field,and the anode-to-cathode flow three-dimensional electro-Fenton reactor created a locally acidic zone,which facilitated the generation of H_(2)O_(2) from 2-electron reduction of O_(2) and the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2) into·OH via heterogeneous Fenton reaction.It was found that the average p-NP removal efficiency of 88%and COD removal efficiency over 76%were achieved during 6 h continuous operation in the three-dimensional electro-Fenton system,and the degradation effect was stable.In addition,the three-dimensional electro-Fenton system had the ability to resist the deactivation of the particle electrode caused by scaling,and had excellent treatment effect in a wide pH range,with an approximate energy consumption of 0.089 kW·h/g.Three-dimensional electro-Fenton system realized the continuous generation of·OH for effective wastewater purification by coupling the bifunctional Fe-Cu-C particle electrodes with the pH self-regulated three-dimensional electro-Fenton reactor.
