摘  要:制冷机房设备类型繁多、管线排布复杂,现场施工极易发生拆改返工。为协调各设备管线合理布置,充分利用制冷机房的有限空间,运用BIM技术的三维可视化功能,在制冷机房BIM深化设计阶段,重点探讨设备运输路径尺寸、设备管线综合排布原则、检修维护空间需求,同时兼顾整体观感统一要求,提出了多个BIM深化设计建议及原则。Due to varieties of plants and complicated piping arrangement in refrigeration plant room,demolition,modification and reworking are prone to occur in the on-site construction.In order to coordinate the reasonable arrangement of plants and pipelines and make full use of the limited space of refrigerating plant room,this paper bases on the 3D visualization function of BIM technology,focuses on the dimensions of plant transport paths,the comprehensive arrangement principle of plants and pipelines,maintenance space and overall look requirements in the deepening design of refrigerating plant room,and puts forward several BIM deepening design suggestions and principles.
