摘  要:近年来,随着城市化快速发展,城市轨道交通建设高速发展。而地铁空调系统作为地铁建设中的重要组成部分,其能耗也是地铁站建设中不可忽视的一环。本文分析了成都地铁4号线某地下车站空调系统各个设备的运行数据,结果发现其运行效果不理想,运行能耗偏高,存在较大节能潜力。经过综合分析,比较了不同冷冻水温差对运行能耗的影响,确定采用提高冷冻水温差,更换冷却塔换热填料以及新增变频器等优化措施。计算结果表明,改造后空调系统运行COP提高了60%,能耗降低37%,在该地区有良好的适用性。In recent years,the urban railways have been increasingly developing with the urbanization process.As an important component,the energy consumption of the air conditioning systems plays a vital role in total energy consumption in subway station.This article analyzed the operating data of air conditioning system for a subway station in the Line 4 in Chengdu city.The testing result showed that the operating performance of the air conditioning system is not as good as expected;the energy consumption level is relatively high.There is a great potential to reducing the high energy consumption.After comprehensive analysis,the effects of different temperature differences of chilled water on operating energy consumption was compared,and the optimum measures such as increasing temperature difference of chilled water,replacing heat exchange packing of cooling tower,and applying frequency converter were determined.After retrofitting the air conditioning system,the system COP was increased by 60 %,and the energy consumption was reduced by 37 %.It can be concluded that the retrofitting measures have a good applicability in the target region.
