摘  要:21世纪,随着我国经济水平的不断发展,人们对美好生活的向往不断增强,尤其体现在对健康生活的追求。相关研究表明,非户外作业人员平均每天约有90%的时间处于室内环境中,而霉菌作为一种室内环境的常见污染源,将在极大程度上影响居住者的身体健康和生活质量。本文通过三个方面研究了建筑室内霉菌的生长特征性:霉菌生长与繁殖的影响因素,建筑墙体发霉的原因及不同环境下霉菌的生长情况。最后针对霉菌的生长特点及污染途径,提出了四种控制霉菌生长与繁殖的有效措施,以期改善建筑室内环境和满足居民的健康需求。In the 21st century,with the continuous development of China's economic level,people are increasingly yearning for a better life,especially in the pursuit of a healthy life.According to relevant studies,non-outdoor workers spend about 90% of their time in the indoor environment on average every day,and mold,as a common pollution source of the indoor environment,will greatly affect the health and quality of life of residents.In this paper,the characteristics of mold growth in indoor buildings were studied from three aspects:analyzing the influencing factors of mold growth and reproduction,discussing the causes of mold on building walls and investigating the growth of mold in different environments.Finally,according to the characteristics of mold growth and pollution way,four kinds of valid measures to control mold growth and reproduction were put forward in order to improve the building indoor environment and meet the health needs of residents.
