带双吸气口的往复活塞压缩机制冷系统性能模拟研究

摘  要:为提升往复活塞压缩机双温制冷系统的能效,提出了双吸气口活塞机及其系统。在活塞上止点附近设置另一吸气口作为高压级吸气,形成较高的制冷温度。建立了系统性能计算模型对系统运行进行模拟研究,考查制冷性能随冷凝温度、蒸发温度、余隙容积等的变化规律。结果发现,双吸气系统与单吸气系统相比制冷COP最大可提高0.782压缩机功耗降低0.73 kW排气温度减低9.9℃,系统运行更加稳定。In order to improve the energy efficiency of the dual-temperature refrigeration system of the reciprocating piston compressor,a dual-suction piston machine and its system are proposed.Another suction port is set near the top dead center of the piston as a high-pressure stage suction to form a higher refrigeration temperature.A system performance calculation model is established to simulate the operation of the system,and the variation law of refrigeration performance with condensation temperature,evaporation temperature,clearance volume,etc.is examined.The results show that compared with the single-suction system,the double-suction system can increase the maximum cooling COP by 0.782,reduce the power consumption of the compressor by 0.73 kW,and reduce the exhaust temperature by 9.9 ℃,and the system operates more stably.
