摘　　要：概述管冰机规格、应用领域、特点、分类结构及制冷原理等,通过项目现场管冰机的安装调试等工作,了解管冰机在运行过程中的出现的一些简单故障,进一步探究单台、多台管冰机在脱冰过程中制冷系统吸排气压力的变化对制冷系统的影响及脱冰模式下氨泵出口压力的变化对多台管冰机运行的影响,通过现场设备运行的故障分析,进一步分析解决管冰机在氨泵供液制冷系统中的各种问题,为制冷系统设计和改进提供参考。Summarize the specifications,application fields,characteristics,classification structure and refrigeration principle of the tube ice machine,understand some simple faults of the tube ice machine in the operation process through the installation and commissioning of the tube ice machine on the project site,and further explore the impact of the change of suction and exhaust pressure of the refrigeration system on the refrigeration system during the deicing process of single and multiple tube ice machines,and the impact of the change of ammonia pump outlet pressure on the operation of multiple tube ice machines under the deicing mode,Through the fault analysis of field equipment operation,various problems of tube ice machine in ammonia pump liquid supply refrigeration system are further analyzed and solved,so as to provide reference for the design and improvement of refrigeration system.
