摘　　要：为科学治理武夷山麓崇阳溪,提出了崇阳溪武夷山城区段“近自然工法”设计理念、总体布局和修复工程。结果表明:1)采用碎石滩壅水、生态防护等近自然工法可解决山区性河道行洪能力提升与风貌保护之间的矛盾;2)合理营造丰枯季水位下的生态景观是山区性河道整治的关键,必要的生态堰坝加过流、过鱼设施是山区性河道整治一项重要技术措施;3)维护河流形态多样性是“近自然工法”治理河流的核心,滩岛及两岸植物应以当地植物为主,景观设施应以简单、保护为主。工程已连续遭遇了两次大洪水考验,既满足河道行洪安全,又营造了河道自然形态,取得了良好的安全生态和环境景观效益,达到了“水美城市”的建设目的。To scientifically renovate Chongyang creek at the foot of Wuyi Mountain,the design concept of CEM(Close-tonature Eco-engineering Method),overall deployment and restoration engineering were proposed for the urban parts of Wuyi Mountain.The results showed that:1)CEM such as damming with gravel shoals and ecological protection can be used to eliminate the conflict between improving flood discharging capacity and maintaining the original scenes;2)Appropriate construction of ecological landscapes according to the water level in wet and dry seasons is the key to mountain river regulation,and the necessary ecological weir and dam facilities for water flow and fish pass are an important technical measure for mountain river regulation;3)Maintaining the diversity of river forms is the core of CEM for river regulations.Plants on beaches and river banks should be mainly local plants,and landscape facilities should be simple and mainly for protection uses.The project has been tested by two floods,which not only meets the requirements of flood discharge safety,but also creates the natural form of the river.It achieves both benefits of good safe ecology and environmental landscape,and the goal of building a"beautiful water city".
