移动GIS在黄委直管河道确权划界中的应用

摘　　要：为实现对黄河河道划界成果的有效管理,充分利用信息化手段提高划界成果管理效率,在梳理下游河道划界成果管理需求基础上,结合移动GIS技术研发黄河水利委员会直管河道划界管理移动应用。应用建设将信息化技术与划界管理要求紧密结合,以Supermap平台作为地理信息载体,采用Java研发技术在Android平台上研发移动应用,生成黄河划界App,实现对划界成果数据地图的可视化展示,查询界桩、划界成果基本信息,并在郓城、梁山县河务局进行试用。应用表明:黄河划界App可提高河务管理人员对河道划界成果的管理效率,获得较好的应用效果,更好地辅助黄河河道划界管理工作。In order to realize the effective management of the delimitation results of the Yellow River channels through informatization ways,combined with the mobile GIS technology,a mobile application for the delimitation management of the rivers directly administered by Yellow River Conservancy Commission is developed,on the basis of the requirements for the delimitation management of the downstream rivers.The application construction closely combines information technology and delimitation management requirements.This paper takes Supermap platform as the geographic information carrier,and uses Java technology to develop mobile applications on Android platform.Thus,the Yellow River delimitation App is generated to realize the visual display of the delimitation results data map,which can inquire the basic information of the boundary stakes and delimitation results.The App has been on trial in Yuncheng and Liangshan County River Aff airs Bureaus.The application shows that the Yellow River delimitation App has improved the effi ciency of river management based on the results of river delimitation.it has achieved good application results,which can assist the management of river delimitation of the Yellow River.
