党员先进性建设的理论意蕴、历史递嬗与基本经验——以党章发展为视域

摘　　要：推进党员先进性建设是加强党的建设的有效路径。党员先进性的内涵具有历史性,增强“政治免疫力”、践行为人民服务、严格遵守党的纪律是其内核实质。以党章发展为视域,党员先进性建设可分为4个历史时期,即起步与建构、发展与曲折、调适与优化、完善与创新。党章视域下党员先进性建设的基本经验为:推动指导思想的与时俱进、坚守人民至上的根本立场、完善制度建党的治理范式、把握政治路线的时代要求、涵养自我革命的政治勇气。Promoting the construction of Party membership's advanced nature is an effective way to strengthen Party building.The connotation of the progressiveness of Party members is historical.The core essence is to enhance"political immunity",practice"serving the people"and strictly abide by the Party's discipline.From the perspective of Party Constitution development,the construction of Party members'progressiveness can be divided into four historical periods,namely,starting and constructing,developing and suffering,adjustment and optimization,perfection and innovation.The basic experience of Party members'progressiveness construction from the perspective of Party Constitution development is to promote the guiding ideology to keep pace with the times,adhere to the fundamental position of putting the people first,improve the governance paradigm of system building,grasp the requirements of the times of the political line,and cultivate the political courage of self-revolution.
