乡土文化认同对农村大学生返乡创业意愿的影响

摘　　要：以成都市C大学的农村大学生为调查对象,采用自编问卷就其对乡土文化的认知认同、情感认同、行为认同以及返乡创业意愿水平进行调查分析。结果表明:无论是农村大学生乡土文化认同还是返乡创业意愿,其总体水平都较低;农村大学生的乡土文化认同对其返乡创业意愿具有显著的正相关性。基于AGIL模型就乡土文化认同对农村大学生返乡创业意愿的作用进行理论分析,认为乡土文化认同的4个子系统分别承担了环境适应、目标获取、要素整合以及模式维持功能,从而对农村大学生返乡创业意愿具有提升作用。乡土文化认同有助于农村大学生适应和融入乡村社会,从个体目标维度升华返乡创业动机,整合协调人、财、物资源形成返乡创业强劲合力,有利于其返乡创业角色的履行与创业模式的维持。In this study,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognitive identity,emotional identity,behavioral identity and entrepreneurial willingness of rural college students from C University in Chengdu.The results show that the overall level of both rural college students'local cultural identity and their willingness to return home to start a business is low.Rural college students'local cultural identity has a significant positive correlation with their willingness to return to their hometown to start businesses.The paper makes a theoretical analysis on the role of local cultural identity on rural college students'willingness to return home and start businesses.This paper argues that the four subsystems of local cultural identity assume the functions of environmental adaptation,goal acquisition,factor integration and pattern maintenance respectively,which improves rural college students'willingness to return home and start businesses.Local cultural identity promotes rural college students to adapt to and integrate into rural society,sublimates the individual's motivation to return home and start a business,integrates the resources of human,financial and material to form a strong joint force for returning home and starting businesses and facilitates the fulfillment of their role and the maintenance of their entrepreneurial model.
