摘　　要：右美托咪定是一种具有镇静、镇痛、维持血流动力学稳定、降低应激反应等作用的新型高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂。近年来已有许多研究表明,右美托咪定对肾脏有一定的保护作用,该文就右美托咪定的肾脏保护作用研究进展作一综述。Dexmedetomidine is a new type of highly selectiveα2 adrenergic receptor agonist with sedative and analgesic effects,maintaining hemodynamic stability and reducing stress response.In recent years,many studies have shown the renoprotective role of dexmedetomidine.This article reviews the advances on the renoprotective effects of dexmedetomidine.
