摘  要:为探究饲用燕麦幼苗在不同磷水平条件下的生长发育变化,了解燕麦对磷胁迫的适应策略,本研究采用水培法通过设置不同供磷水平(0mmol/L、0.02mmol/L、0.1mmol/L、0.2mmol/L、1mmol/L)条件下分析了其幼苗根系及幼苗的生长变化规律。结果表明,随着供磷水平的降低,饲用燕麦幼苗根系总长度、总根投影面积、根系表面积、根体积、地下部干重和根冠比等均呈现升高的趋势,且在磷水平0.02mmol/L时达到最大;而地上生物量、株高、叶长、茎粗、总干重等指标则呈现出下降趋势,且在0.02mmol/L时下降达到显著。本研究结果揭示了燕麦幼苗通过促进根系的生长发育适应低磷的胁迫,且0.02mmol/L的供磷水平可能是饲用燕麦低磷胁迫适宜浓度,为饲用燕麦的磷高效利用等研究提供了重要的参考。To investigate the growth and developmental changes of forage oat seedlings under different phosphorus levels and to understand the adaptation strategy of oats to phosphorus stress,the growth patterns of seedling roots and seedlings were analyzed under different phosphorus supply levels(0mmol/L,0.02mmol/L,0.1mmol/L,0.2mmol/L,1mmol/L)by using hydroponic method.It showed that the total root length,total root projection area,root surface area,root volume,subsurface dry weight and root to crown ratio of forage oat seedlings tended to increase as the phosphorus supply level decreased,and reached a maximum at a phosphorus level of 0.02mmol/L.While the aboveground biomass,plant height,leaf length,stem thickness and total dry weight showed a decreasing trend and reached a significant decrease at 0.02mmol/L.The results of this study revealed that oat seedlings adapted to the low phosphorus stress by promoting root growth and development,which also suggested that a phosphorus supply level of 0.02mmol/L might be a suitable concentration for low phosphorus stress in forage oats.The results of this study would be provided an important reference for the efficient use of phosphorus in forage oats.
