摘  要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂,对热-碱活化后的煤矸石(mCG)进行有机改性,制备有机改性煤矸石(O-mCG)。采用单因素实验优化O-mCG吸附苯酚的应用条件。利用动力学模型、等温吸附平衡曲线和热力学模型拟合O-mCG对苯酚的吸附特性,并结合SEM、FTIR、XRD表征手段探讨其吸附机制。结果表明,当O-mCG用量为1.0 g/L、反应时间为60 min、反应温度为20℃、初始ρ(苯酚)=100 mg/L、O-mCG对苯酚吸附量为5.8 mg/g,去除率达58%。O-mCG吸附苯酚符合拟二级动力学方程和Langmuir模型,吸附的过程是自发放热过程。O-mCG疏水性增强,提高了对有机污染物的吸附能力,可作为一种潜在的用于含酚废水处理的廉价吸附剂,实现以废治废的目的。Based on modified coal gangue(mCG)with thermo-alkaline activation,the organic modified coal gangue(O-mCG)adsorbents were prepared with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).According to single factor experiment,the adsorption conditions of phenol by O-mCG optimized.When the dosage of O-mCG was 1.0 g/L,the reaction time was 60 min,the reaction temperature was 20℃,the initial concentration of phenol was 100 mg/L,the adsorption capacity of O-mCG for phenol was 5.8 mg/g and the removal rate reached 58%.Adsorption kinetics,isothermal adsorption equilibrium,and adsorption themodynamics were used to investigate the adsorption mechanism of O-mCG.material,and the adsorption characteristics was analyzed by XRF,TG-DSC,XRD and SEM.The results indicated adsorption kinetics of phenol on the O-mCG agreed with the quasi-second-order kinetics equation.The adsorption process of phonel onto O-mCG is more consistent with the Langmuir model,which is spontaneous exothermic reaction.The adsorption mechanism of phenol onto O-mCG mainly includes intermolecular coordination reaction,electrostatic interaction and pore-filling.Therefore,the good absorbability o makes it a potential adsorbent in phenol containing wastewater which achieves the aim of waste control by waste.
