摘  要:研究了超声波提取法对砂珍棘豆中盐酸小檗碱提取率的影响,并以提取率作为评价指标。通过调控提取温度、提取时间、溶剂浓度、液料比,得出了最佳提取工艺,利用响应面法对实验结果进行了优化。优化结果表明,超声时间为30 min、超声温度为60℃、V(乙醇)∶m(砂珍棘豆)=30∶1 mL/g、φ(乙醇)=85%,砂珍棘豆中的盐酸小檗碱提取率最高,为6.426 mg/g。In this paper,the effects of ultrasonic extraction on the extraction rate of berberine in Oxytropis racemosa were studied,and the extraction rate was used as evaluation index by adjusting the extraction temperature,extraction time,solvent concentration and liquid-solid ratio,the optimal extraction process was obtained.Then,the experimental results were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that when the ultrasonic time was 30 min,the ultrasonic temperature was 60℃,the liquid-solid ratio was 30∶1 and the ethanol concentration was 85%,the extraction rate of berberine was the highest,which was 6.426 mg/g.
